Short on time? Get your photo created in priority by adding the Express Production option to your basket.

We will carry out your print within a maximum of 5 days after receipt of your file. 

Once your order has been validated, we will ask you to send us as soon as possible the file from which we will create your photograph. To do this, use our form or the button at the top of the website.

As soon as we receive your digital file, we will process your order and start creating the print.

We estimate that the Express Production and standard delivery time is between 7 days (Spain and Portugal Peninsula ) and 18 days (rest of the world). If you associate it with the Express Delivery, these times change to 6 days and 10 days (rest of the world).

                  This product cannot be purchased alone. To validate your order, it must be combined with the purchase of a precious metal print.

The Client is entitled to a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, without the need to justify their decision or incur any penalties, provided that all the following conditions are met:

1. No User Content Submitted: The Client has not sent any photos or elements (“User Content”) required to initiate the creative process.

2. Creative Work Not Started: The creation of the customized work has not yet begun  ( the customer therefore did not receive an email informing them that we had started the creative work)

3. Gift Card Unused: The gift card has not been redeemed, either in full or in part.

4. Withdrawal Request Within 60 Days: The Client submits a withdrawal request within the 60-day period via email to myluxuryphotomlp@gmail.com

   
   

   Provided the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receiving the refund request and processed using the original payment method.
